How does Pactify Auto-Sync work?

After setup, Auto-Sync is on by default—open a chat and wait for Synced. If it was turned off, enable per-chat Sync & Enable Auto-Sync and/or Auto-sync all active conversations. Pactify retries after you enter a chat, when content changes, and after Load full history and sync finishes. Header labels: Sync, Syncing/Loading, Synced, Paused, Connect, Needs attention. If you delete the Notion page, Sync pauses until Re-sync. Turning Auto-Sync off does not delete existing pages; deleting Notion does not clear Sidepanel Chats.
Steps

- Read the Sync button labelSync / Syncing / Synced / Paused / Connect tell you whether the watermark reached Notion/Capacities or needs attention.
- If the Notion page was deletedOpen Sync; use Re-sync when shown. Next Sync creates a new Conversations row. Local Chats stay.
How to turn it on
After setup, Auto-Sync is on by default—chat and wait for Synced. If it was turned off, use top-right Sync → Sync & Enable Auto-Sync and/or Auto-sync all active conversations. Unconnected accounts may see Connect first (opens setup).
Header button labels
Full exact labels, tooltips, and Sync-modal error callouts: Sync to Notion. Short map:

If you delete a synced Notion conversation page
- Header becomes Needs attention.
- Open Sync → top callout: This conversation was deleted from Notion. Re-sync to create a new page.
- Click Re-sync in that callout, then Sync again—creates a new Conversations row.
- Local Chats is not auto-cleared.
Auto-Sync edge cases

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I delete a synced Notion page?
Sync shows Needs attention. Open Sync and click Re-sync to create a new page. Sidepanel Chats on this device are not auto-cleared.
Do I still have to click Sync for every ChatGPT chat?
Usually no—Auto-Sync runs after setup. Use Sync & Enable Auto-Sync if it was turned off for a conversation or globally.
