How do I use Pactify Bulk History Sync?

Open top-right Sync → Bulk History Sync (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, Starter). Modes are labeled Incremental (“Stop automatically when reaching already-synced conversations”) and Full Sync (“Sync all conversations regardless of existing pages”). Click Start Bulk Sync (or Resume Bulk Sync after a pause). Free sees Bulk History Sync is available on the Starter plan + Upgrade →.
Steps
- Confirm platform and planChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini on Starter with Notion or Capacities connected for cloud writes.
- Open Sync → Bulk History SyncTop-right Sync (Badge → Sync → Export) → scroll to Bulk History Sync.
- Choose Incremental or Full SyncExact labels: Incremental or Full Sync (not “Incremental Sync” / “Full Sync Mode”).
- Click Start Bulk SyncWatch the progress window (badge shows Incremental or Full Sync). Prefer Stop over killing Chrome to halt.
Where to click
Top-right Sync → Bulk History Sync → Incremental or Full Sync → Start Bulk Sync.

Frequently asked questions
Why did Bulk History Sync skip some chats?
Incremental counts consecutive already-synced skips per sidebar segment (e.g. pinned vs recent), about five each—total near ten is expected.
What does Skipped mean?
Incremental mode stops a list segment after about five already-synced skips. Pinned and recent segments are counted separately, so Skipped can reach about 10 without being a bug.
Can Bulk History Sync backup my ChatGPT history?
On Starter for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini: yes—Incremental or Full Sync walks sidebar history into Notion/Capacities and the local Search index. Perplexity, Grok, and Copilot have no Bulk.
