What do Pactify Free and Starter include?

Updated Sep 22, 2026

Pactify offers Free and paid Starter. Free covers everyday Export and Search (including anonymous), plus Sync within server quotas: monthly new-conversation Sync limits and about a 90-day free update window. Markdown Download and PDF are unlimited; Notion, Word, and Google Docs share a monthly export quota. Hitting Sync quota shows Upgrade on the Sync button (opens upgrade); the 90-day window shows Needs attention and an error callout at the top of the Sync modal. Starter unlocks Distill, Context, and Bulk History Sync on ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini.

Pactify offers Free (anonymous or registered) and paid Starter. Exact counts always come from your account / pricing and server usage—docs use approximate client fallbacks only when the UI shows a number.

Frequently asked questions

What can I use for free every day—export, sync, or search?

Markdown Download and PDF (unlimited), Sidepanel Search over chats indexed on this device (including anonymous), and Sync within Free new-session / ~90-day update limits. Notion, Word, and Google Docs share the monthly export quota. Distill and Bulk need Starter.

What are the exact Free and Starter limits?

Always on pactify.io account / usage responses. Docs intentionally omit hard-coded counts except when the UI shows a fallback (e.g. 30 new conversations).

Why does Sync say Upgrade?

Monthly new-conversation Sync quota exhausted. Click Upgrade to open pactify.io/upgrade—it does not open the Sync settings modal. The 90-day free update window instead shows Needs attention with a callout inside the Sync modal.
