How do I export or sync Gemini chats with Pactify?

Pactify on gemini.google.com supports Export (including PDF), Sync, Search indexing, Bulk History Sync (Starter), Distill (Starter), and a long-chat scroll switch when Notion or Capacities is connected. Top-right header is Badge → Sync → Export; Distill is by the composer. Switching chats in the Gemini sidebar resets Sync/scroll UI. Bulk sidebar discovery follows Google’s list redesign—keep the sidebar open if Bulk finds nothing. Free Export and Search are available for everyday use.

Controls

Top-right: Badge → Sync → Export; full-history toggle inside Sync when cloud-ready. Distill (Starter) by the composer. Bulk in the Sync dialog (Starter). Sidebar chat switches reset Sync/scroll—re-enable after switching threads.

Bulk

Sidebar history discovery is more reliable after Google’s list redesign. If Bulk finds an empty or incomplete list, refresh Gemini, expand the sidebar so the list is visible, then start Incremental or Full Sync again.

Unavailable paths

No injection on surfaces like /spark, /gem/storybook, or /app/download. Other routes depend on whether an active conversation is detected.

Why can’t I find the full-history switch on Gemini?

Connect Notion or Capacities first — local-only Sync hides the switch.

Why did the history switch disappear after I changed chats?

Expected on Gemini — state resets per session.

Bulk can’t see my Gemini history—what should I do?

Refresh Gemini, expand the sidebar so the chat list is visible, then Start Bulk Sync again.

Can I export Gemini chats to PDF with Pactify?

Yes. Top-right Export → Format → PDF → Print / Save as PDF. PDF is unlimited on Free and is not listed under Sidepanel Exports.
