How do I sync an AI chat to Notion with Pactify?

Pactify Conversations; later updates mostly append after the watermark. Free limits new sessions monthly and cloud updates for about 90 days. Successful Sync indexes Sidepanel Chats.Steps
- Connect NotionIn Sync to Notion click Manage Connection, or finish /setup so OAuth +
Pactify Conversationsexist. - Open a chat and click SyncIn the top-right header (Badge → Sync → Export) click Sync. Dialog title should read Sync to Notion.
- Confirm Destination NotionIf Capacities is selected under Destination, switch back to Notion.
- Click Sync & Enable Auto-SyncUnder Current Conversation. Optionally enable Auto-sync all active conversations under Global Sync Settings.
- VerifyOpen the Notion page under
Pactify <> Notion/Pactify Conversations, and find the chat in Sidepanel → Chats.

- If needed: Manage Connection
- Under Current Conversation → Sync & Enable Auto-Sync
- Optional: Auto-sync all active conversations

Header Sync button labels (exact)
The top-right Sync control uses these labels. Tooltips below match the client. Red labels mean something failed—click to open the Sync dialog (except Upgrade, which opens the upgrade page).

Not synced vs Needs attention: both are red. Not synced usually means “try again later”—Pactify may retry by itself. Needs attention means open the Sync dialog and follow the message (reconnect, Re-sync, upgrade, and so on).
Where errors appear
- Click Not synced or Needs attention.
- In Sync to Notion, read the message at the top of the dialog (above Sync Status).
- If you see Re-sync in that message, use it when the page was deleted in Notion. Use Manage Connection when Notion needs re-authorization.

Frequently asked questions
Why did only a few new messages sync?
Incremental Sync appends after the watermark—normal. If the beginning is missing, enable Load full history and sync beside Sync (cloud destination required), then sync again.
What’s the difference between Not synced and Needs attention?
Both are red. Not synced usually means a temporary problem—Pactify may retry; open Sync to read the message. Needs attention means you need to act (reconnect Notion, Re-sync a deleted page, size or plan limits). Upgrade means the monthly new-chat Sync limit—clicking it opens the upgrade page, not the Sync dialog.
How do I re-sync a chat that needs attention?
Click Needs attention → read the message at the top of Sync to Notion. Use Re-sync when the Notion page was deleted, or Manage Connection if Notion needs re-authorization.
