How do I connect Capacities to Pactify?

Capacities sync is in beta. If you don’t see Destination in Sync, submit Feedback to request access. When enabled: Sync → Destination → Capacities, paste your Capacities Personal API Token, then Save. Success: Connected. New conversations will sync to Capacities. Disconnect Capacities switches Destination back to Notion; existing copies are kept. Manage Connection is Notion-only.
Steps
- Request beta access if neededCapacities is beta. If Sync has no Destination block, open Feedback (extension or Updates) and ask for Capacities access.
- Confirm Destination appearsTop-right Sync → Destination appears only when Capacities is enabled for your account.
- Create a Personal API Token in CapacitiesGenerate a token in Capacities that can create and update pages.
- Paste token and SaveDestination → Capacities → Capacities Personal API Token → Save (Saving… while in progress).
- Sync a chatDialog title becomes Sync to Capacities. After setup, Auto-Sync may already be on—wait for Synced, or use Sync & Enable Auto-Sync if needed.
Beta access
Capacities sync is in beta. You’ll only see Destination in the Sync dialog after Capacities is enabled for your account.
Need access? Use the Feedback control on this page (or in the docs sidebar) and ask for Capacities sync. You can also use Feedback in the Chrome extension.

After connect, Sync issues: Sync to Capacities. Sync button labels: Sync to Notion (same header states). Auto-sync all active conversations is shared with Notion.

Why don’t I see Capacities as a Destination?
Capacities is in beta. Submit Feedback to request access—Destination only appears after it’s enabled for your account.
What happens to my Notion setup if I switch to Capacities?
New syncs go to Capacities. Existing Notion copies are not migrated and stay where they are.
