Do not trust obsolete quota myths
Older materials mentioning “anonymous 5 exports” or a fixed “30-day trial” are not current. Prefer the account page and live Sync/Export messages. Client fallbacks when the server omits a number: about 30 new Sync conversations per month and a 90-day free update window—see Plans & quotas.
Notion schema pitfalls
Deleting or retyping template columns in Pactify Conversations breaks Sync (API validation), which is different from deleting a single conversation page. Prefer rename + hide. Recovery details: Notion Conversations database.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pactify sync directly to Obsidian?
Not as a first-class Export destination. Legacy paths behave like a local download.
Can I install Pactify and import all my old chats automatically?
No. Chats only list conversations you Sync (or Bulk). Use Bulk on ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini when available.
